    • 2. How can I know the amount of data left in my bundle?
    • The subscriber can call customer service on 959 or


      • Handset users: Send “BC”  in an SMS to 700212

      • Laptop/Connect users: Click on the Balance inquiry tab on the dashboard

      • Alternatively, he can insert his SIM in a handset and use any of the steps below:

        • Prepaid line: Dial *405# [SEND] to see bundle units and validity

        • Postpaid line: Send “BC”  to short code 700212
    • 6. If the data bundle is fully consumed, will the service be disconnected?
    • For Postpaid


      • Bundles: When the data bundle is fully consumed, the additionally used data will be calculated and added to the invoice. Once a subscriber exceeds the monthly data allowance before the month ends, an “excess” charge will be added for each additional megabyte, at SAR 2 per megabyte

      • Pay per day: When the data bundle is fully consumed, the additionally used data will be calculated and added to the invoice. Once a subscriber exceeds the daily data allowance before the day ends, an “excess” charge will be added for each additional megabyte, at SAR 2 per megabyte

      For Prepaid:


      • Bundles: When the data bundle is fully consumed, the subscriber must recharge his balance to enable further internet usage for that the next month. Once a subscriber exceeds the monthly data allowance before the month ends, an “excess” charge will be deducted from his balance for each additional megabyte, at SAR 2 per megabyte

      • Pay per day: When the data bundle is fully consumed, the subscriber must recharge his balance to enable further internet usage for that the next day. Once a subscriber exceeds the daily data allowance before the day ends, an “excess” charge will be deducted from his balance for each additional megabyte, at SAR 2 per megabyte
    • 7. How is the package subscription renewed?
    • For Postpaid

    • 9. How is the validity of the bundles calculated?
      • Monthly bundles

        • Postpaid: The data bundle will be valid until the billing date foreach month and will automatically renewed each month

        • Prepaid: The data bundle will be valid for 30 days from the date of activation/first usage.

      • Pay per day bundles

        • Handset users:

          • Postpaid: Up till mid night (23:59) on the day of use

          • Prepaid: 24 hours from first use

        • Laptop/Connect users: 24 hours from first use
    • 10. Can I upgrade/downgrade the package?
    • You can change between the Mobile Broadband bundles at any point in time by calling customer service at 959, visiting a Zain shop or sending an SMS to 700212 with the following codes:


      • “1” for 1GB per month

      • “2” for 2 GB per month

      • “5” for 5GB per month

      • “U” for Unlimited per month

      • “D” for Pay per day

      • “P” for Delight
